Thanks to funding from a viaSport grant we are offering summer learn-to-row sessions at a discount! What you’ll learn – basic rowing stroke on the rowing machine, rowing terminology, setting up the boats, basic rowing stroke on the water, turning and steering, keeping time with others, water safety and much more What to wear – layers, warm socks, ball cap or toque, nothing too baggy or loose (think tights or slim sweats), nothing with pockets or full front zippers What to bring – water bottle, running shoes, sunglasses
