REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing/email. They must be approved by the NRC board and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Learn to Row Programs (LTR)

If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a LTR program more than 48 hours before it begins, you will receive a full refund including the insurance/club fees ($55).

If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a program less than 48 hours before it begins, you will receive a full refund for the LTR classes including the insurance/club fees ($55). An administration fee of $25 will be applied.

If you withdraw from a program that has begun, you will receive a refund for the LTR classes not taken. An administration fee of $25 will be applied and in addition, the $55 insurance/club fee is non-refundable.
Seasonal and Annual Program Fees

If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a program more than 48 hours before it begins, you will receive a full refund including insurance/club fees ($55).

If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a program less than 48 hours before it begins you will receive a full refund for the program including the insurance/club fees ($55). An administration fee of $25 will be applied.

If you withdraw from the program within 14 days of the start, you will receive a refund for the full amount minus one half-month fee for the 14-day ‘trial period’. An administration fee of $25 will be applied and in addition, the $55 insurance/club fee is non-refundable.

If you withdraw from the program after 14 days of the start, you will receive a refund for the remaining months not rowed. An administration fee of $25 will be applied and in addition, the $55 insurance/club fee is non-refundable.

In lieu of a refund, you may defer your fees to another program which takes place within a year. Note: Insurance/club fees are due annually on April 1st and would have to be paid to stay current if using deferred payment for a program past that date.
Exceptions to the above policies may be made due to injury. An application to the board of directors must be made for consideration of a refund on a case by case basis. A doctor’s note may be required.
